Refund & Return Policy
Jewellery Orders
Because every piece is handcrafted, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return
Reach out via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Course Enrollments
Enrollment fees are fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the batch start date. Cancellations after that point, or after a batch has begun, are not eligible for a refund, though we're happy to help you transfer to a future batch where possible.
Order Cancellation
Orders that haven't been paid for yet can be cancelled directly from My Orders. Once payment is completed, please contact us to cancel — cancellation is possible only before the order ships.
